We've been here thirteen years.

The Face Shop opened in Aurora because Alexia Kim couldn't find real Korean skincare in Colorado. She'd helped bring the brand to California, came back here for family, and stayed.

For most of those years this was a shop. People came in, described what their skin was doing, and left with something that worked. A lot of them kept coming back — long enough that we know their names and their skin.

In July 2026 we opened the room at the back. It's the part we'd wanted to do for years: not just handing someone a bottle, but sitting with them for an hour and actually treating their skin.
