Once you're inside
Come in through the shop. Walk past the shelves toward the back, and you'll see a glass door with handwriting on it. That's us. If you're not sure, ask anyone at the counter.
Your first visit
Arrive about five minutes early. We'll ask you a few questions about your skin, what you're currently using, and anything that's been bothering you. Then you'll be in the room for the time you booked. There's no upselling and no script.
